- Use the Database Management Tool
- Backup the database
- Restore data to CRIS 3
- Import CRIS 3 data to your hard disk as a backup file

Backup
- Enter a file name and an optional description
- Click Backup
- Click OK when complete

Restore
- Select the file to be restored
- Verify that Create a Database Backup Before Restore is selected
- Click Restore
- Click OK when complete

Import
- Click Browse
- Locate and double-click the file to import
- Click Import
